TMS and RWA have Merged: Introducing The MS Factor
The new year brought an innovative firm to West Palm Beach. While bigger isn’t always better, the merger of The Merchant Strategy and Ryan William’s Agency shows that in this case bigger is not only better, it is the best of two synergistic worlds. The MS Factor is a seamless amalgamation of two South Florida powerhouses in complementary fields: The Merchant Strategy, a leading Public Involvement and Government Relations firm, and RWA, an award winning advertising agency. Promoting brands and building relationships is what it’s all about.
Council of Community Leaders (CCL)
CCL is a bipartisan group of former elected officials and business leaders started by Sharon Merchant in 2012. Its purpose is to help find and elect the best and brightest government leaders. CCL conducted one on one Mayoral interviews with West Palm Beach candidates Priscilla Taylor, Paula Ryan and Keith James at Dale Hedrick’s new Venture X located in CityPlace. Each candidate self-introduced and was asked a series of questions by CCL members and guests. One recurring theme was the need for West Palm Beach to mend fences with Palm Beach County and the Town of Palm Beach to ensure that citizens are afforded the best possible representation. Valuable information and great insights were shared. This group only meets occasionally when an opportunity to make a difference presents itself.
Riviera Beach CRA Enlists our Services
We are thrilled to announce that The Merchant Strategy, Inc., is now the official “Public Relations+” firm for the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency. After just one meeting with the CRA staff, a multifaceted plan is being developed to share this community’s exciting news and events, rich history, and cultural diversity. A number of projects are already underway. TMS is a direct conduit to the local media with many contacts in key places, and will be providing media relations services. We are assisting the CRA with an array of special projects including their annual report. We are also putting into place a crisis management plan, providing social media updates, helping to market the community’s many exciting events, and producing all kinds of collateral materials from flyers and brochures to door hangers. Stay tuned for news about the Riviera Beach CRA.
