Educational Partners International, LLC

Educational Partners International, LLC, (“EPI”) is a US Department of State designated J-1 Exchange Visitor Program authorized to sponsor teachers under the Fulbright-Hays Act of 1961. EPI recruits and places international teaches across all K-12 subject areas into public, private and charter schools in the Southeastern United States.

Scope of Services

TMS was hired by EPI to provide government relations and community outreach services in reference to introductions and setting up and attending meetings with EPI and School Board members from Palm Beach County and other counties.

Activity: Collateral Materials

TMS developed a one-page leave behind detailing who EPI is and what services they offer. This leave behind is given to school board members to provide a brief overview.

Activity: Meeting Logistics

TMS handles logistics for all meetings including but not limited to determining which counties client would have the best opportunities to move forward with. TMS reaches out to the School Board Members from identified counties to secure dates/times which work with their schedules as well as EPI’s and sends out all the necessary meeting invitations. TMS staff then facilitates the meeting so that EPI can focus on what is needed, showcasing their services.

TMS used their extensive relationships to make one on one introductions on behalf of our client to public and elected officials, industry leaders and community influencers.
